Cookie Policy
Last updated: 21 June 2026
This Cookie Policy explains how Quotem AI LTD ("Quotem", "we", "us") uses cookies and similar technologies when you visit quotem.ai. It should be read alongside our Privacy Policy.
1. What are cookies?
Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. They're widely used to make websites work, work more efficiently, and provide information to the site owner. We also use similar technologies such as pixel tags and local storage; references to "cookies" below cover all of these.
2. The categories we use
We group cookies into three categories. Only essential cookies are set without your consent. Analytics and marketing cookies are blocked until you opt in via our cookie banner or preferences panel.
Essential cookies
Required for the site to function. These remember your cookie choice, keep the site secure, and let core features (like the demo booking flow) work. You can't turn these off because the site won't function correctly without them.
- quotem.consent.v1 — stores your cookie preferences on this device. Set by Quotem. First-party. Expires when cleared from your browser.

_gaand_ga_*. Used to measure page views, sessions and aggregated user journeys. Typical lifespan: up to 2 years. Google privacy policy.
Marketing cookies (off by default)
Let us measure the performance of our advertising and reach relevant audiences on third-party platforms.

3. Third-party services on this site
When you click "Book a demo", we open Google Calendar's appointment scheduling page inside a window on our site. Google may set its own cookies inside that window under its own privacy policy. We don't control those cookies, but they are only set when you actively open the booking dialog.
4. Changing your preferences
You can change your choice at any time. Your current preferences will be reopened below — toggle the categories you want and save.
You can also block or delete cookies through your browser settings. Most browsers let you refuse all cookies or alert you when one is being set — please note that some parts of the site may not work as intended if you do. See guides for Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and Edge.
5. Legal basis
We rely on your consent under the UK Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations (PECR) and the UK GDPR to set non-essential cookies. Essential cookies are set on the basis of our legitimate interest in providing a functioning website that you've asked to use.
6. Changes to this policy
We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top shows when. Material changes will be brought to your attention via the cookie banner.
