What Quotem may and may not be used for. This forms part of our terms.

You are responsible for what you capture.

You confirm that everyone recorded was informed and that you hold the rights to use the recording to create content.

No covert or unlawful recording.

Quotem must not be used to process recordings made without the knowledge of the people recorded, or in breach of workplace, professional or sectoral rules.

No unlawful, harmful or misleading content.

Including content that is defamatory, discriminatory, infringing, or that makes claims a named approver is not entitled to make.

Human approval is not optional.

Content generated in Quotem is drafted from source material and must be reviewed and approved by a named person before publication.

Regulated sectors.

If you publish under a regulatory regime such as financial promotions, legal services or health advertising, you remain responsible for your own compliance approvals.

Suspension.

We may suspend an account that breaches this policy, and will tell you why.
