These terms govern your use of quotem.ai (the "Site"), operated by Quotem AI LTD ("Quotem", "we", "us"). By using the Site you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.
1. About us
Quotem AI LTD is a company registered in England & Wales, with its registered address at Network Eagle Lab, Portland Terrace, Southampton, SO14 7SJ, United Kingdom. You can contact us at hello@quotem.ai.
2. Scope of these terms
These terms cover use of the public website and the demo-booking flow. They do not cover use of the Quotem product itself — that is provided under a separate subscription agreement entered into when you sign up. If there's any conflict between these terms and your subscription agreement for the product, the subscription agreement prevails for product use.
3. Demo bookings
The "Book a demo" feature uses Google Calendar appointment scheduling to confirm a meeting time. Submitting a booking is a request — it becomes confirmed when you receive a calendar invitation from us. We may reschedule or decline bookings where reasonably necessary (for example, where the request appears automated or abusive).
Demos are informational. Nothing said in a demo is a binding offer or a guarantee of results.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the Site in any unlawful, fraudulent or harmful way;
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Site, its servers, or any connected system;
- introduce viruses, trojans, worms, logic bombs or other malicious code;
- scrape, harvest or systematically extract data from the Site, including by automated means, without our prior written consent;
- impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity, when booking a demo or contacting us;
- use the Site or any output from it to develop a competing product or service.
We may suspend or restrict your access to the Site if we reasonably believe you've breached these terms.
5. Intellectual property
The Site, including its text, design, logos, graphics, code, illustrations and the "Quotem" name and marks, is owned by or licensed to Quotem AI LTD and is protected by UK and international intellectual property laws.
You may view, share, and link to publicly available pages of the Site for personal or internal business purposes. Any other use — including copying, republishing, modifying, or commercial use of Site content — requires our prior written permission.
6. Third-party links and services
The Site may link to or embed third-party services (for example, Google Calendar for demo bookings, and providers listed in our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy). We're not responsible for the content, availability, or practices of third-party services, and your use of them is subject to their own terms.
7. Availability and changes
We work to keep the Site available and accurate, but we don't guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of security vulnerabilities. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Site at any time without notice. We may also update these terms; the "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent change, and continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
8. Disclaimers
Information on the Site is provided for general information only. It is not legal, financial, or professional advice, and you should not rely on it as such. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Site and its content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied (including implied warranties of satisfactory quality, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement).
9. Limitation of liability
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for: (a) death or personal injury caused by our negligence; (b) fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; or (c) any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under English law.
Subject to the paragraph above, and to the maximum extent permitted by law: we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive losses, or any loss of profits, revenue, business, goodwill, anticipated savings, or data, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Site. Our total aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with the Site (and these terms) is limited to £100.
If you are using the Site in the course of business, the Site is provided to you on a business-to-business basis and the Consumer Rights Act 2015 does not apply to that use.
10. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Quotem AI LTD, its directors, officers and employees from any claim, loss, damage, liability or cost (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these terms or your misuse of the Site.
11. Privacy
Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, which form part of these terms.
12. Severability and waiver
If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force. Our failure to enforce any right is not a waiver of that right.
13. Entire agreement
These terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Quotem AI LTD in relation to your use of the Site, and supersede any prior agreements between us in relation to that subject matter.
14. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any such dispute or claim, save that we retain the right to bring proceedings against you for breach of these terms in your country of residence or any other relevant country.
